Ryn Fitness is a workout platform that acknowledges that we are humans first!

The goal isn’t to sacrifice our valuable time to adhere to the extreme workout and diet routines, though social media may say otherwise. The goal is to try our best and be better than we were yesterday, without having to minimize our free time, relationships, and joys.

Health and wellness are important to maintain a balanced and quality life, but it is important to do that without putting unneeded stress and pressures on yourself to be “perfect.”

Overall, We just want others to come and view exercise as something they are excited about and look forward to, rather than being afraid or intimidated! The gym is a space where everyone belongs (yes, that means you) and we hope we can help you get there!

Meet the Owner

Taryn Carr | CPT

Taryn Carr is the founder and owner of Ryn Fitness. A company that embodies a dream, many years in the making. Taryn has 10+ years of hands-on personal fitness experience and has created countless workout routines for all phases of life and confidence levels. Earning a Bachelors in Science of Nursing, and working as an RN for over 5 years, Taryn is also well practiced in her passion for helping others. She loves to encourage people to achieve and feel their best, with a focus on form and overall health: recognizing that for each of us is human first.

In her career of personal fitness, Taryn has found many environments non-inclusive, unhealthy, and had seen many people feel very overwhelmed by the idea of going to the gym or working out at home. Her goal is to help others, no matter where they’re starting from, to feel empowered and confident in being their best.
